The Krisp Air Warranty

Krisp Air can help you if a warranty issue arises (if not an installation fault). If the unit is faulty, it will be covered under the manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer details will be on the warranty form that came with the unit purchased. When placing a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase (your Krisp Air invoice).

Warranty will be voided by the manufacturer if the system is not installed by a fully licensed and qualified trade’s person.
